If you wish to return any unopened and unused items, please call 800.558.3402, ext. 3, for return authorization. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. Electronic books and other downloadable products are not eligible for return. Certain items and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
New Membership is refundable within the first 90 days of membership. Membership dues are not refundable after the first 90 days of a new membership, or with renewal of membership.
To cancel your registration, you must notify Member Services at least 48 hours before the workshop date to receive a refund. An administrative fee will be withheld from your refund.
Substitutions are allowed in most situations. If you substitute a nonmember for a member registration, an additional fee applies.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops or events for any reason, at any time. In the rare case of a cancellation, we are not responsible for travel or hotel expenses for attendees.
Online education is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend a live webinar or workshop, we may be able to transfer you to the on-demand version.
