I worked for 17 years at the IRS doing audits of form 6765, R&D Tax Credit and 174. I am experienced in doing technical interviews, preparing calculations, dealing with SMEs. I hold a BSEE and an MBA. I have also done segregation studies and transfer pricing work. My forte is Internal Use Software and software valuation.
