Tax Planning for Military Personnel and Spouses On-Demand Webinar
Summary
There are special provisions and laws for taxpayers who are members of the U.S. military and their spouses. For example, income may be excludable for tax purposes and your client may be entitled to special deductions you are unaware of. The Veterans Auto and Education Improvement Act of 2022, passed in January 2023, brings updates to domicile laws for military spouses. This webinar will provide the tools and knowledge you will need to prepare your military clients' (and their spouses’) returns, including benefits for disabled veterans, current military personnel and former military personnel.
