Summary

S corporation shareholders both give and take money and property to their business. When advising S corp clients, it’s important to understand the various contributions and distributions the shareholders can take. In this webinar, you’ll learn the effects of contributions and distributions from S corporations. You’ll also be guided through how to report these contributions and distributions on an S corp client’s return. The webinar also addresses the ongoing debate of whether or not shareholder accounts receivable are bona fide debts or if they are really a distribution.
