How we bill
Billing is per answer, not per call. Follow-up questions are clarifications of the original question and do not include additional facts or require further research/substantiation. Follow-up questions will be billed if asked 30 days or more from the original question completion date. You may
securely add and store your credit card in your NATP account so purchases on our website can be quickly and safely completed.
What you can expect
We will research and provide a response within three to five business days. If extensive research is required, or multiple questions are asked, an additional charge may apply. You will be notified of any additional charges before proceeding.
