A Guide to West Virginia PTE Tax Credits (Webinar)
Since 2021, West Virginia has offered a pass-through entity (PTE) tax credit for partnerships, S corporations, and LLCs, which is allocated to individual tax returns. This webinar will explain how to report these PTE credits and necessary adjustments, including detailed guidance on completing Form PTE-100 and Form IT-140.
