Rhonda Collins, CPA, MBA, EA,
is the director of tax content and government relations at NATP. Collins has a diverse professional background of over 25 years in the industry, including positions with "The Big 4" accounting firms, a nationally recognized healthcare system and a Fortune 500 company specializing in online tax and accounting software services.
Originally from Ohio, Collins graduated from Franklin University in Columbus. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration.
Collins is a licensed CPA in four states and is also an enrolled agent, which allows her to represent clients before the IRS. Collins is available for interviews to discuss federal tax topics including tax law change and its implications, taxpayer issues, tax preparer regulation and more.

Scott Artman, CPA, CGMA,
is the executive director of NATP and joined the association in 2016. Artman is responsible for executing the organization’s policies, programs and strategic initiatives. He leads more than 50 staff members who provide tax information, education, federal tax research and other forms of support for 23,000 NATP members and the greater tax preparation industry. Artman also serves as an ex officio member of the national board and works in concert with the board of directors to determine and execute the mission and vision of NATP.
Prior to his current position, Artman served as the Chief Risk and Volunteer Management Officer for ISACA, a leading global provider of certifications, community, advocacy and education on information systems assurance and security, enterprise governance and management of IT and IT-related risk and compliance.
Artman graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant.

Brett Rosser, EA,
is the current president of the NATP National Board of Directors. Rosser has been an active member since joining the organization in 2001. Among his many positions of leadership are Texas chapter treasurer and president. In 2014, Rosser was elected to the National Board and has since held positions including Finance Committee member, vice president and in 2020 was elected to lead the organization as its president.
Members of the NATP Board of Directors help set the standard for excellence and integrity in the tax industry. Our board members build relationships, identify challenges and develop solutions.
Rosser owns Rosser Financial Services, LLC, a full-service bookkeeping and tax service in Canyon, Texas. He is also employed by TaxAudit, the largest tax representation provider in the country, where he assists audit clients.
Rosser, a former law enforcement officer, has a police science degree from Sam Houston State University and holds the designation of enrolled agent.
