Membership
New membership is refundable within the first 30 days; however, all benefits, including registrations for events included in the membership level, will be forfeited. Exclusions may apply if many benefits have been utilized in the first 30 days.
Membership dues are not refundable after 30 days of a new membership or with membership renewal. TheTaxBook WebLibrary is nonrefundable. All benefits refer to the National organization and may not apply to chapters.
In-person education
To cancel your registration, you must notify Member Services before the start of the course. Administrative fees may be withheld from your refund. Please refer to the specific registration page for that event’s refund policy, as it varies.
Registration substitutions are accepted, provided the transferee pays any applicable fee difference.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops or events at any time. In the rare case of a cancellation, we are not responsible for attendees' travel or hotel expenses. For more information regarding refunds, complaints and/or program cancellation policies, please contact us.
Online education
Online education is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend a live webinar or workshop, we may be able to transfer you to the on-demand version.

Bookstore
Please call us for return authorization if you wish to return any unused books. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. E-books and other downloadable products are not eligible for return. Certain items and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
