Description
This session will explore current and emerging Colorado tax issues affecting tax professionals and their clients. Presenters will address Colorado FAMLI and employer requirements, oil and gas severance tax issues, and selected individual and business tax developments. Additional topics may include recent legislative and regulatory changes, income and sales tax issues, credits and deductions, state tax adjustments, compliance requirements, and other developments affecting Colorado taxpayers. Presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion of current Colorado tax issues, practical considerations, and questions encountered by tax professionals.
