National Association of Tax Professionals INC (“NATP”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the website at www.natptax.com and other websites owned or controlled by NATP, mobile applications, membership, tax related products and events (the "Service"). This policy does not cover the privacy practices of local NATP chapters. NATP local chapters are separate legal entities that may be subject to different regulations than the national organization, please contact your local chapter for more information.

Service
Service is the NATP websites, mobile applications, subscriptions, products and events operated by National Association of Tax Professionals INC

Publications and News

NATP publishes content and materials through our service. Some of these materials are available to members and some may require you to create an account in the Service. We will access the information in your account to provide you with information and services associated with your interests and preferences. Events

NATP may host events that include online and in-person delivery. We will access the information in your account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. Continuing Education Credits and Certifications

When you register for a course with NATP we will collect and store necessary information to process your credits and certifications according to your designations that we have collected from you.

Membership

When you create an account, become a member of NATP or register for any part of the Service you will be required to provide information as part of the process. The information you provide is used to communicate with you and to build content and activities that we believe will be of interest to you. Newsletters and Promotions

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. When credits are eligible for reporting to continuing education credit governing agencies we will share only the information required to process your credit with the governing agencies. These third-party service providers will only have access to the information needed to perform these limited functions on our behalf. Statistical Analysis

We may share your information with some third party providers to perform data collection, analysis and processing including market and consumer research, customer profiling, customer satisfaction research, trend analysis and financial analysis. We may use this information to improve our service or inform you of upcoming events, updates, news and the latest product, service, solution and other offerings where in accordance with your communications preferences. NATP Local Chapters

We share your information with your local chapter so they can offer membership and associated services to you pursuant to your membership in that Chapter.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
