We offer tax advice, strategic planning, and comprehensive compliance services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates subject to the US tax system and are looking for a Senior US Tax Associate for our Corporate U.S. Tax team in either Zurich or Geneva.

You will:

Assist in the management of the corporate group client portfolio
Review US Corporate and Partnership tax returns
Prepare for complex returns
Research and provide technical tax solutions for clients
Assist with advisory projects
Prepare budgets
Participate in new business initiatives

Requirements:

Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred
A minimum of 3+ years' experience in corporate and/or partnership US tax compliance
Equity and/or Venture Capital Fund exposure preferred
Proficiency in Excel is required and experience with tax software software is a bonus.
Fluent written/spoken English, other languages are a plus.
