Introduction to Foreign Partnerships On-Demand Webinar

Summary

A foreign partnership is a partnership created outside the U.S. If a U.S. person has an interest in a foreign partnership, they may have to file Form 8865, Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Partnerships. This webinar will discuss the definition of a foreign partnership, the impacts for a U.S. taxpayer when they are a partner in a foreign partnership and the filing requirements for the U.S. return. Using examples, we’ll complete parts of Form 8865.
