COVID-19 Safety Precautions

NATP considers the safety of all those on-site at our Tax Forums as our top priority. We are bold in our commitment to keeping all attendees as safe as possible while onsite through our abidance to the guidelines of both the CDC and state and local agencies. Our safety planning related to the Tax Forums will evolve as guidance is released.

Attendee expectations

By attending our Tax Forums, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.

Event precautions

  • Responsibly distanced seating arrangements, to the extent allowed, in session rooms
  • Directional traffic flow in session rooms and other gathering spaces
  • Appropriate and frequent signage to reinforce social distancing, hand sanitizer locations and other safety reminders
  • Our host locations have established rigorous standards to provide peace of mind about the cleanliness and safety of the facility
