Bio

Dave Du Val is Vice President of Tax Services for TaxResources, Inc., the nation’s leading audit defense firm. In this position he ensures that the company’s members receive the best audit representation available as well as world-class customer service.

Dave joined TaxResources in November of 2004 and has held several positions, including Orange County Branch Manager and Director of Education. Before that, he spent thirty years as a public school educator and administrator while holding seasonal positions as a tax advisor for a national tax preparation firm.

An Enrolled Agent, Dave holds a master’s degree in education from Chapman College and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from California State University Sacramento. He is a frequent and popular guest speaker for the California Society of Tax Consultants, the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and CSEA’s digiTAX webinar series.

Dave is a member or the National Association of Tax Professionals, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
