She and her husband Jimmy are U.S. citizens currently living in Spain; Jimmy was transferred there 18 months ago by his company. She joined him six months ago.  During the meeting you and Josephine realize that two pieces of information needed to complete the return are missing. Josephine gets a worried look on her face because she is not sure if she will be able to get the missing information before April 15th. Is there anything you can say that will take the worried look off of Josephine's face?
