This course presents descriptions of ethical considerations that may impact your tax practice and provides ideas on how to handle specific situations, as they are encountered in your practice.

    Upon completion of this facilitated online course, you will be able to:

    • Obtain a general understanding of ethics.
    • Understand how ethics impacts a tax practice.
    • Interpret the rules of practice contained in Circular 230.
