Douglas owns and operates his own consulting and tax business and has assisted both business owners and individuals in excess of 14 years, in matters of business start-ups, business expansion, income tax planning and preparation and accounting services. In addition, Douglas is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Douglas is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Southwest State University – Marshall, a graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato. Douglas is also a faculty member in the accounting program with South Central College, Mankato, Minnesota and he is also a speaker/instructor for the National Association of Tax Professionals of Appleton, Wisconsin.
