Attention all members.....WI Chapter is holding a FREE 6 hour WI tax topic and Update Seminar. You won't want to miss this one...David and Mary Mellem will be the presenters. There are tons of updates and tax law changes for 2014, and David and Mary will provide us all with the knowledge we need to get us prepared for the tax season. The Chapter wanted a way to say thank to the members for all their support of the educational events the Chapter has offered. This event is a must attend and is limited to the first 125 members!! I hope to see everyone on October 10 in Neenah, WI.
I just wanted to let those of you that have not registered for the WI Chapter Tax and Update Seminar know that space is running out. We are taking the first 125 registrations....and as of July 16 we have 91 registrations!! Thank you to all that register! This will be a great event and most of all really great to get all you members together.
Thanks again for supporting the WI Chapter of NATP. The Chapter wants to make sure you get the best education you deserve for your membership dues.
Can anyone give me an example of worksheets filled out?
Dependent has 1099-ssa which has parent's name for the dependent. I know that this should not file or claim as parent income and should not be taxable to the parent however, I want to double check to confirm. Any advise would be helpful.
With tax season fast approaching, remember your Chapter discussion board can be a great resource for state and local tax issues as well as utilizing the state tax volunteers.
I just wanted to remind our members of the Fall Conference and Annual Meeting in Tomah, WI at the Cranberry Country Lodge on Novembe 7 & 8. David and Mary Mellem will be our speakers for those two days. We hope to see you all there!!
Thanks for a great year!!
