Q: What time is NATP open?
A: NATP is on Central Time and is generally open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday from Labor Day to Memorial Day and 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Memorial Day to Labor Day.

A: Try refreshing your browser and make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.
Q: How do I make the website text larger on my screen?
A: Press the control key while pressing + (plus key). You can press it several times. Press the control key while pressing – (minus key) to make the text smaller.
Q: Does NATP have any answers to state tax questions available?
A: NATP does not answer state tax questions; however, as a member, if you need help with a state tax question you can ask a fellow NATP member. There are over 100 NATP members that have volunteered to help their colleagues with state tax questions. To find a listing of state assistance volunteers:
Choose "Tax Knowledge Center" from the Main Menu
Then choose "State Tax volunteers"
Then Click on "Click here" to search for a volunteer
If you want to find volunteers for a certain state, choose the state you want from the drop down box and click "Go".
There is also a link you can click to get a listing of all state volunteers.
The hours the volunteers have stated they are available are listed in the local time for the area. Please respect the hours listed. If you request a volunteer to return your call, be willing to accept a collect call.

Q: Can I use any web browser to attend a live webinar?
A: You should be able to use any of the popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari as long as they are up to date.
Q: I am getting a black/blank screen after downloading the Tax Insight.
A: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.
Q: After answering all of the Self Study exam questions and clicking "Submit" nothing happens.
A: You need to click submit after answering EACH question.
Q: When trying to open a textbook in My Course Material it is blank.
A: Arrow down on the page as the writing starts towards the bottom. If this doesn't work please make sure to update Adobe Reader.

A: NATP has many resources available to help members market their practices.
Make sure that you are logged in to
Choose "Member Center" from the Main Menu
Next choose "Marketing My Practice"

- Make sure that you are logged in.
- On the right side select "Update Information" listed in the log in box.
- On the right side under My Account Links, click on "Change My Password"
- Type a new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields
- Click Save
